Chrono Trigger is, in my opinion, the best game of all time. It combines great game play with great story line. This rarely occurs in the more recent string of RPGs. Also, there is something to be said for the replayability. I have played through Chrono Trigger several times, each time in a different direction with different results. You just don't see those kinds of options anymore. Oblivion has endless options with little to no story and Mass Effect has a great story with ultimately few options. No game has match Chrono Trigger.
