However, I think that pretty much sums up how I feel about each game. D2 has incredible replay value, whereas WoW is boring until you're probably...level 60 or higher; and by that point you've already invested a huge portion of time before you can really even start enjoying the game. I can easily recall feeling no sense of accomplishment wandering around in WoW. I can only hope that it does not influence D3 as much as it appears to already....

Yes, WoW has the Blood Elves and the Dwarfs and The Shadowy Undead but Diablo II I found was more creative and more challenging.
I understand that Diablo was more walking and going to find your targets, but WoW was very "walk-a-few-paces-kill-target-and-complete-quest" kind of deal. Diablo dealt with more bosses, even during the first few levels.
