With Tetris, I always tend to paint myself in a corner by having a tall empty space on the side and then messing up the pieces in the middle. Whenever that happens, it's kinda annoying to try and recover from it. With Lumines, if I make a mistake, I feel like there was more I could do to recover and keep playing.
Cool part about Lumines is that there is a mode where you battle against various computer characters. They can get really hard, but it's rewarding once you beat them.

Lumines is fun for a puzzle game, and will likely addict you for a few hours. But in the end, you're doing the same thing over and over again. In Fallout 2, however, the world is constantly introducing new characters, locations, and challenges. Thanks to the level of character customization, you can also create a variety of playthroughs, each one different than the last. It's the reason people keep coming back to Fallout 2, while Lumines merely falls back to the wayside as 'that PSP puzzle game that was pretty popular in the past'.last activity: 11/11/2008 8:11 pm
