all games are not created equal

F.E.A.R a game of horror, and action. A story of a project gone wrong and in the worst way possible. F.E.A.R. 2 Same story, different viewpoint, more horror.

F.E.A.R was a GREAT game in my opinion and to be honest I didn't really expect F.E.A.R 2 to beat it when I first heard they were making a sequel. But was I wrong!, so very very wrong.

take everything in F.E.A.R, give it better graphics, more horror, and a nice chunk of the story and see what happens. F.E.A.R 2 happens.

I cant really say how it is better other than the fact that it was just like F.E.A.R but amplified. like F.E.A.R on steroids or something.

( I don't want to give anything away, so I cant really do much on the storyline comparison ) -- except. I don't really know why your a different character. It does add a nice twist. but what happened to the first guy??? (name: unknown)

also what happend to the rest of the original cast. I know some of them died, but some of them didnt, and i didnt see even one of them. cept for the stupid ceo of armacham.

meh... even without those things. F.E.A.R. 2 was still very very epic.

Although most of you are probably thinking "but you LOVED F.E.A.R 2" and yes this is true. But the multiplayer is very questionable.

Call of duty 2's multiplayer is more enjoyable than F.E.A.R. 2's multiplayer. And its interesting that the CoD2 community is still very strong, on xfire.com they're most the time 3rd on most played. F.E.A.R 2 isn't listed on the top 10. lol.

anyway. yes fear 2 multiplayer does look a lot nicer than CoD2 but just because a game looks nice doesn't mean it will be enjoyable. CoD2 looks very nice if you have direct x 9 on. lol.

Left 4 Dead: survival horror epic action packed

F.E.A.R 2: Horror epic action packed good storyline not so much survival because you didn't really have to even try or rather attempt to even survive because it honestly was that easy....

Left 4 Dead focuses on more of the mutliplayer perks when it comes to the internet and online play. there are so many game types in left 4 dead that you can never really run out of decisions, if you get bored of playing one game type, just switch to another, if you get bored of that but don't want to go back to what you were doing before, you con choose the third
option, and then probably by then you'll have refreshed enough to enjoy the first game style you were playing. its genius of steam to do.

F.E.A.R 2: I personally don't think that the guys at monolith tried to focus too much on the mutliplayer. it's just like any other mutliplayer but for some reason doesn't grasp my attention as well, it has the basic game types, deathmatch, team deathmatch... etc... etc.. the new map pack is nice but not overwhelmingly addicting.

this comparison would be longer but i can only get so annoyed at loosing my progress...

at least i can type fast.
