Both of these games were for the Genesis. But Toejam and Earl just had that uniqueness that transcends time in that it is still a great game now. Altered Beast is still good but it is a 2d puncher still....

Both of these games were for the Genesis. But Toejam and Earl just had that uniqueness that transcends time in that it is still a great game now. Altered Beast is still good but it is a 2d puncher still. Toejam and Earl just has this humorous aspect and it was one of the best alien games out and the ingenuity of some of the parts of the level were amazing, not to mention the random dancing.
