Tetris
Bust-a-Move Overall Comparison This is biased for two reasons.
A) I suck at Bust-a-Move
B) I'm colorblind
It's true. Much of the reason I do not like Bust-A-Move is due to the fact that half the time, I can't tell the colors apart. If you give me a puzzle with red and green in it, I'm screwed. Blue and Purple? Screwed. Yellow and Orange? Also screwed.
More puzzle games like this need a colorblind mode. Bust-a-Move has gotten better by including symbols on top of the gems, but I still have to pay more attention that those with better vision.
Tetris, on the other hand, is just as fun grayscale as it is in color. It also seems like a game I play in my head quite often. For example, when I'm in the john at work and I look at the tiles on the floor, I can't help but hum the Tetris theme in my head. It just has that effect.

Tetris is a total classic though. The only puzzle game that I think is better is Lumines.
Red and Blue are easy enough to distinguish, which is why I'm always thankful that shooters tend to use Red and Blue for team colors. But when I used to play Halo against teams of Red, Blue, Yellow and Green, and Friendly Fire was on, it'd suck.
Normally being colorblind doesn't hinder my ability to play a game at all. However, there was a case where I got a ticket for running a flashing red light at 2 in the morning, because I thought it was a flashing yellow.
It'll make millions.

There may be a cause and effect piece here... B->A...perhaps? Thought that may not necessarily be true. I can distinguish colors just fine and suck at, and subsequently hate, bust-a-move.
