So I wait for the expansion to get fixed, which took a couple days. However I wasn't home on Thursday so I didn't get to play it.
Then finally Friday rolls around, but we have a tornado come through again and it knocks the cable out, so I'm without internet til Saturday night. Just my luck.
I FINALLY got to play it some yesterday and so far, it's not too shabby. I'd say it has the strongest gameplay of the three expansions, but so far the environments haven't really been drastically different. Keep in mind I haven't played through all of it yet, so I'm hoping that I have plenty to go.
The storyline is pretty cool. I don't want to give too much away, but I will say that you end up surviving the whole radiation thing (though they really don't say how).
It is nice to raise the level cap to 30, and keep an open ended game to boot! The fact that it doesn't end makes the "ending" seem a lot less epic, but I think it's worth it, especially to see the aftermath of Project Purity.
Broken Steel (Fallout 3)
So Fallout 3's latest (and presumably last) expansion was released last Tuesday morning for 360 and PC. However, the 360 version wasn't handling achievements correctly and the PC version didn't work at all.So I wait for the expansion to get fixed, which took a couple days. However I wasn't home on Thursday so I didn't get to play it.

I would say if you haven't bought any of the expansions, then buy this one first. That way you can still check out the other expansions after you beat the game, plus you can earn more experience if you were already capped out at 20.
I've only played a few hours but I'm already at level 23, so I'm worried that earning experience will still go fairly quickly. Also, if you like Deathclaws, then you'll love Broken Steel, as it has you go through Old Olney.
Broken Steel is also cool cause you get to see the aftermath of Project Purity. Most of the Brotherhood will comment on it, Threedog will talk about it on GNR, and even the water pump guy at Megaton will have something to say about it.
