  • FPS Console or PC???
    I am posting this blog because i wanted to compare COD 4 to itself.  I prefer to play any fps on the pc because i cannot play them with those damned analog sticks.  It is also more entertaining on the pc because the general population of pc gamers is a hell of a lot better than those on Xbox Live for example.   It is more challenging and forces you to become better yourself.

  • Mirrors Edge
    I really enjoyed playing Mirror's Edge.  The visuals are clean and I have a blast clearing through the zones as fast as possible.  Some parts are really challenging and I became frustraited once or twice, but overall it was still fun.  I like that you can  be a pacifist as well.

    Mostly a personal preference as I have not yet, nor intend on playing Saints Row 2.  I enjoy GTA IV for its quality, and from what I have seen of Saints Row 2, not much care was put into creating a better game as was keeping in tons of  cartoony modifications for your character and cars etc.  Give GTA some time to add more good stuff with newer releases and its apparent Saints Row is simply enroaching itself in an area it does not fully understand.

    The reason I chose Oblivion over Far Cry 2 is for Oblivion's ability to better submerse you in the world it presents.  Although Far Cry is also extremely fun, it was more repetative than Oblivion, and its conclusion was somewhat lacking.  Both games are unique and have interesting attributes but Oblivion offers far more than Far Cry 2.
