Just watched another video for this game. Every video I've watched has made this game lamer and lamer in my eyes. The Mortal Kombat series hasn't really been worth playing since maybe MK3.
Mortal Kombat was based off of a gimmick: extreme violence. The gameplay was fun in the sense that you got to pound peoples faces in, but it didn't have the depth that other fighting games like Tekken have. Now for this new one, they took out the violence that make Mortal Kombat what it was. But they added superheroes.
I dunno. Seems like a last attempt to bring life back into a dead series.

Deception was a good upgrade to Deadly Alliance, but then it's all rolling downhill. Really? I don't need a puzzle game and an extremely bad kart racer with my fighter, thanks.
