Looks like this may be it for our favorite vaporware game. I would have liked to see what the game would have ended up like. Maybe someone will give them some funding, but given the economy, I don't think it's gonna happen.
This game's development cycle is going to go down in history. I remember when it was being built on the Quake 2 engine.
Also fitting that the acronym for the game is DNF, which, in the racing world, is "did not finish".
Man, I bet gas was less than a buck a gallon back when this game was first announced.

I was actually looking forward to this game, considering that they were really trying to make a push on it there towards the end. I can't honestly say that I (or anyone else) is surprised though. At least the handheld trilogy will still be released, whatever good THAT does us.
You should play Duke Nukem 3D though, that game is a classic.
